I mentioned before that our garage is basically a car elevator. I got some email about the subject, so I decided to post a few pictures to show you all what I mean.

Our MINI is on the 2nd of 3 underground levels. There is a Peugeot on top that belongs to our neighbors, but nothing underneath. Not yet, anyways.

Here are the controls. You need a special key to operate the elevator. It only takes about 2 minutes to bring the MINI up to ground level. Since the MINI is usually underground, it is well protected from the elements.

I can’t believe it! Somebody keyed our MINI! It’s just a baby!!! Who would do such a thing? And in Japan of all places?!?!

We aren’t 100% sure what day, but this week marks the 5th anniversary of when Azusa and I first met. We haven’t killed each other yet, so I guess everything is great!
