Wordpress for iPhone
23 Jul 2008 |Hooray! Wordpress for iPhone has finally been released! Now I can easily update Japanamac from my iPhone without struggling with tiny text windows and crashing web browsers. Yeah! I can even post photos right from my iPhone’s camera!
Hopefully this will mean a lot more updates for Japanamac in the future. Now that I can update from almost anywhere in the world, I have no excuse!
This screenshot was taken using a cool trick that is built into the iPhone’s OS. Just hold the sleep button for a second and press the home button. The screen will flash and your nice, new screenshot will appear in your film roll. Pretty cool, huh?
Update:
Well, I’ve been playing around with Wordpress for iPhone and I have to admit, it is impressive! I’m still having some trouble with uploading pictures taken on the iPhone, but it’s mostly because I am picky. I’ll be working on getting them the right size with proper justification this week. If you see anything out of place on the site, please excuse the mess. This week will be full of experiments.
In the end, Wordpress for iPhone is a great tool and I believe that it will allow us to make more frequent updates to Japanamac. Perhaps even multiple times a day!
