I finally bit the bullet and bought the Sony Ericsson 802SE… What can I say? It was on sale! Anyways, the 802SE is my first Bluetooth equipped phone and I must say, I’m pretty impressed! I almost wonder how I survived my first three years in Japan without such convienience…

I’ll post some more information about the phone and it’s Mac compatibility in the future, but for now I’ll say that the 802SE is a great phone for Mac users in Japan. It offers a new realm of compatibility that we’ve only dreamed about. I think I’m going to enjoy this phone and I’m happy that Sony Ericsson actually released it here. My three year wait is finally over!

   I wonder if you can use this cool cellphone with the foreign’s simcard number when you travel?

   Can I use a non-Japanese sim card with it? Does it have an English function? How much & did you have to sign a contract?
