Happy Holidays!
29 Dec 2004 | Comments (1)Now that the holidays are almost over we’re finally getting around to wishing everybody a happy and safe holiday season. Sorry it took so long… Man, we had a busy Christmas here in Japan. I guess that’s what happens when you put off your Christmas shopping until the last minute! Ouch! Anyways, Azusa and I had a really special Christmas this year and we hope everybody else did the same. Happy holidays from Japan!
Hafa Adai!
22 Dec 2004 | Comments (2)Well, we’re back from Guam now. I think we packed about three weeks worth of fun into our short, three-day vacation. Really, I’m happy to be home so I can finally get some real rest!
Anyways, Guam was really fun despite the fact that it rained most of the time we were there. It’s funny… One of our Taxi drivers said that Guam only has two seasons, rainy and dry. Guess which one we picked? Even with all of the rain, we managed to get out and see some of the nice sights that Guam has to offer. We found some awesome beaches, saw beautiful landscapes and even visited a huge cliff. It was pretty nice, indeed.
It was also a lot of fun showing my family some of my favorite restaurants from America. I was actually surprised how much they liked the places I took them to. I was also surprised to find out which American dishes were their favorites. In fact, I think Azusa’s mom is now on a mission to make yummy potato skins at home. I can’t wait to try them!

Here is a picture of Guam’s shoreline that we took from a lookout point on a mountain. Wow! It’s not raining!!!

Here is a picture of one of the secret beaches that we found driving around Guam.
Going to Guam
18 Dec 2004 | Comments (1)Well today the whole family is going to Guam for a few days. We are actually going to leave in about 15 minutes for the airport. I’m not too sure what to expect in Guam, but I’m sure it will be fun. I guess it’ll be nice to have some American dollars in my pocket for a few days. Not only that, but they have Taco Bell there too!!! Yay!!!
