Darth for a Day…

07 Oct 2003 |

Over the weekend I went to Gifu City to check out the fall festival and help out my old friend Hiroshi… Hiroshi’s family owns a really cool toy store, so as a promotion they dressed me up like Darth Vader and I scared the hell out of poor Japanese kids for a day. Fun, fun, fun!

Man, look how tall I am in Japan! I really was Darth Vader!

By popular demand, here’s one more picture… Everybody looks scared, huh? Oh, you might be wondering about my Lightsaber. You were, weren’t you? Anyways, I altered it’s glow in Photoshop. Cool, huh?

Hey Jeff. I just got my RAM with a grand total of 4.5GB!!! Crazy thing is, the current photoshop only sees 1680MB of it!

    Can’t wait for Photoshop 8–err, I mean CS. :)

Finally, a mainstream computer that us UNIX geeks can drool over. All of you who own one of these are bastards. Why? Because I don’t have one, that’s why! :D

It’s OK. I’m to be provided with a shiny, new 17″ PowerBook sometime before next year’s trip to Japan. Then I’ll be happy.
