Well, Azusa and I moved into a new place! It’s super nice and you can’t beat the price! I’ll post some pictures when I have the capability.
We are still waiting on high-speed Internet for our new living quarters… Heck, I’d settle for a couple paper cups and a string right about now! My new provider says it will be another two weeks before we will be hooked up… Ouch!
My new G5 arrived last week and man, that monster is fast! Not having internet is a bummer though. Oh, well…
Finally, my brother arrived in Tokyo yesterday. He is here on a buisiness trip, but he will make it over to visit us on Friday… Can’t wait!
Ok, guess that’s all I have time to say right now. Pray to the great big Internet gods for our salvation!
Coolest Thing Ever…
22 Oct 2003 | Comments (2)Today I had my first ever video chat using Apple’s iChat AV software and iSight. I must admit that I am impressed… Actually, I am impressed beyond belief. I talked with my friend Noel in Michigan (half-way around the world) and it looked and sounded like he was just down the street. Unbelievable…
Here’s what I saw… That’s Noel in the larger window and me in the smaller… It truly was great. Very little audio lag and the video was remarkably clear.
